We are going to mnsshp and have dining reservations at 3:30 at Tonys. Can we get in the park in costume and get our bags/bracelets. It will be well after 4:00 when we finish eating.

Hello Kendra, and thank you for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with a great question.

You are going to have a hauntingly great time at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. Fall is my favorite time of year at the Walt Disney World Resort for this reason. The decorations are magnificent.

Guests with tickets to Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party can be admitted as early as 4:00 p.m.  The Cast Members will direct guests to a special line to receive their wristbands just prior to when they begin to let party guests in. In order to enter the Magic Kingdom prior to 4:00 p.m., even for a dining reservation, you will need to use a regular theme park admission ticket. This could be a multi-day Magic Your Way Ticket, Park Hopper Pass, or Annual Pass.

If you are already enjoying your day in the park prior to 4:00 p.m. a Cast Member can direct you to where wristbands and information will be distributed after 4:00 p.m. In the past Cast Members distributing information are usually just outside City Hall. Since you will be attending the party in costume, be sure to review the official costuming guidelines for adult guests attending the party. If you have questions regarding your costume, please see a Cast Member for assistance. Please, enjoy your stay.

    Happy Halloween,
    Andrea
