I am a huge fan of dessert parties! These may be one of my favorite experiences in
the Enchanting Extras Collection. Having a reserved space for nighttime spectaculars, tasty treats, and unlimited beverages, including beer and wine, takes the stress out of finding the perfect spot. Cheers to a magical night! Let's go over what to expect at a Disney dessert party so you can plan a not-so-scary night at Magic Kingdom.

Disney's Not-So-Spooky Spectacular, a must-see! And when you book
Disney's Not-So-Spooky Spectacular Dessert Party with Plaza Garden Viewing, you'll get some of the best views in the park. When you check in for this experience, each Guest on your reservation will receive a wristband. You will need this to access Tomorrowland Terrace as well as the reserved Plaza Garden viewing area. While the official check-in time is 1.5 hours before the start of fireworks, I have found arriving about 15 minutes early can be beneficial! There will be a clearly marked check-in spot, and a friendly Cast Member will lead your crew to your assigned table. They will also go over any instructions for treats and direct you on how to get access to the fireworks area. (You will also be led to this area by a Cast Member when you are ready.) You can come and go as you please until the fireworks begin. Once the Not-So -Spooky Spectacular starts, you will not be able to reenter the dessert area. So be sure to get one last tasty bite before heading out to the garden area!
Pro tip: Though it may be tempting to stay to sip and try all the sweets until the very last moment before the show, I recommend heading to the reserved spot at least fifteen minutes before the fireworks. While this area is reserved, it is first come first spot secured for all Guests attending the party. If you want to be near the front, you'll want to head over early. But Hakuna Matata, David! If treats are the top priority, you will still have a great view. While later arrivals may be near the back of the area, you still cannot beat this spot!
