Hi there, James! Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We are happy to have you here.
Fall at the Walt Disney World Resort is one of my favorite times to visit and of course that means,
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party! I'm excited to see that you're hoping to attend. My family and I have had great fun in the past and two "must-dos" in our opinion are the
Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular and the
Boo-To-You Halloween parade.
It looks like
in 2019 the ticket's for Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party went on sale the middle of January- so I'm hoping that means you'll see those pop up any day now! Keep an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog as they have made announcements every year as to the dates and when tickets go on sale. My neighbors are planning their first trip in October so I know they'll be watching that page right along with you.
Now, for the military discount dates: I would recommend after you see that tickets are on sale for Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, to keep an eye on the
Special Offers, Deals & Discounts page. You could also call over to the Shades of Green resort ticket office at (407)824-1403 to inquire about those dates.
James, I'll be crossing my fingers for you that those dates pop up quickly and you are able to don your best costume and hit the park for one of my favorite
Special Events of the year. If you make it, take a ride on
Space Mountain. Last year during Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party this attraction had a fun twist. I won't spoil the surprise, but... they turned up the fun when they turned off the...!
I'll leave it there and keep you guessing, but rest assured it's a BLAST! Best wishes for a Halloween that is Magical in every sense of the word.
Lauren
