    For MNSSHP, I have a couple of questions on the costume guidelines. Since I have had to change costumes, I am going to Disneybound as Genie(male). Would vests/waistcoats be allowed for men, and is face makeup permitted? I have heard different things.

    I adore Autumn at Walt Disney World Resort and I especially look forward to attending the most spooktacular event of the yEar - Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party and I'm just dying to check out the new Hex-clusive Disney PhotoPass Opportunities as featured here on the Disney Parks Blog! 
    Dressing up for Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party is all part of the dead-good fun of this special seasonal event and it certainly sounds like you've put an awful lot of effort and thought into your Halloween costume creations; I especially love your DisneyBound idea and as Genie wisely said "Today's special moments are tomorrow's memories!"
