Mmy partner and I have bought a three day ticket for Disney World for 11/7-11/11. We have made reservations for three parks already. However, I cannot figure out if I can just print the Will Call Confirmation and receive proper tickets at the counter. :)

Hey Howdy Hey Sebastian and welcome to planDisney!

Thank you so much for stopping by with your question on ticket information. I would be happy to shed some light on this topic so you have a better understanding of your options.

It sounds like you have the first big steps taken care of. You have your tickets linked to your My Disney Experience account and you already have made your Theme Park Reservations which is great! When it comes to going on your trip and accessing your tickets, you do have a couple of options that we can get into next.

If you wanted a physical ticket, you may still have the option to get a card to access your tickets. If you are staying onsite at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel, you can stop at the front desk and ask for a card to access the parks and your room. If you are staying offsite and just need it for your tickets, you can visit the Guest Relations window before you get into the park at all theme parks and as the Cast Members about a card. With this step, they will need access to your information either from your My Disney Experience app or from the information your print out for your Will Call Confirmation.

The other option you may want to consider is setting up a Disney MagicMobile Service pass through your My Disney Experience app. This is a free option that you can set up from the app. Simply log into your account, tap the three horizontal lines on the bottom right of the screen for more options and select the tile for Disney MagicMobile to set up your pass. With this option, your smart device is your access to the Magic! Simply tap your device to the access points and you should be all set!

One huge benefit for international Guests is the accessibility of free wireless internet access across most of the resort. If you set up the MagicMobile pass on your smart device, when you get onsite, make sure to connect to the Disney Wi-Fi so you will have access to all of your information seamlessly!

Best of luck as you prepare for your vacation to the Most Magical Place on Earth real soon! Please feel free to stop back with any questions you may have, we would be happy to help!

    Have a Magical Day,
