We will be at MK with our 5yo and 2yo on a day with 8-9am extra magic hours. Thinking about 10am reservations for Cinderella royal table - dont want to miss the benefit of magic hour that AM. How should be do our fast passes then? Is this a good idea?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Karen! What a fantastic question, thank you so much for visiting the Panel! I have a suggestion for a perfect plan for your morning!

If this were my family (my kids have similar ages) I would pick up a small snack (think a granola bar or splitting a muffin) and milk boxes to eat on the way to the park, just to tide hungry tummies over. Extra Magic Hours are fantastic opportunities to explore Fantasyland and Tomorrowland early in morning, cramming in rides like Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin, the Mad Tea Party and Dumbo, the Flying Elephant. Make your Cinderella’s Royal Table reservation for 915 or 9:30, giving you full access to Extra Magic Hours but leaving you time to check in for breakfast. Then, start your three advance FastPass+ reservations for about 10:45 and later, covering high demand rides like Pirates of the Caribbean, Seven Dwarfs Mine Train and perhaps my all-time favorite, Jungle Cruise. Keep the FP+ slots as close together as you can, so you can make a 4th pass when the first three are all used up.

If I can help you with more scheduling, please let me know. You’ve got a friend in me! ~ Lindsey P.
