Hi! Will be at MK on Sat, 12/6. Heard that Xmas parade taping will likely be that day. Have only 1 day in the park. Not interested in parade but a bit worried about crowds. Any advice for making the most of the day?

    Hey there Brianna!

Any day spent in the Magic Kingdom will definitely be a magical day. Here are some ideas to help you manage the crowds which might be present that day:
    • Take advantage of Disney's FastPass+ service. By making FastPass+ selections on your favorite rides you can bypass the crowds.
    • Make Advanced Dining Reservations for all your dining experiences.
    • During the busy afternoon hours, ride the minor attractions such as It's A Small World, Country Bear Jamboree and Mickey's PhilharMagic and take some time to enjoy the shopping along Main Street, U.S.A. Make sure to stop by Crystal Arts for glass blowing demonstrations.
    • After your breakfast reservation head directly into the park to begin your day.

I hope this helps with your planning. If you have any more questions about making the most of your time in the theme parks during your Walt Disney World vacation please come back and see me.

Wishing you a magical vacation and a pixie-dusted day!
