We have MK reservations on a Very Merry Christmas Party day as day guests but do not have the party tickets. Will we still get to see Enchantment even though the VMCP starts at 7pm? or should we switch our park reservations for another day?

    Hi Morgan!

Thanks for coming back to planDisney to ask us another great question. Your Walt Disney World Resort vacation isn’t too far away, so right now is the perfect time to finalize your vacation itinerary!

Since you’re visiting during the holiday season, it’s important to be aware of the special holiday events throughout the resort as you’re making your plans. On select evenings in November and December, Magic Kingdom hosts Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, where the theme park closes at 6:00 p.m. for a festive evening of fun. The party has exclusive holiday entertainment, including Minnie's Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks, which means that Disney Enchantment is not scheduled for Guests to enjoy on party nights.

So if your schedule is flexible, I recommend that you plan on enjoying Magic Kingdom on a day that isn't hosting the Christmas party so you can enjoy the theme park's incredible fireworks display during your visit. Nighttime entertainment is one of my favorite things the theme parks, so Disney Enchantment is definitely on my "must-do" list. Keep in mind that theme park reservations are limited, so I recommend that you update your reservations as soon as possible so you can enjoy the theme parks on the perfect days during your trip!

Let us know if you have any additional questions as your magical vacation approaches. T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
