    Will be in M.K. park on Nov. 15. We have a 6:55 reservation for Chef Mickeys for 7 of us. What time should we leave MK to walk over to our reservations for Chef Mickeys? (We only have 1 day to spend at MK,.want to stay as long as we can before dinner res.)

    Hi Janet!

    We use the walkway between the Magic Kingdom and the Contemporary all the time.  It's about a 15 - 20 minute walk from the exit gates to the lobby of the resort.  I suggest being there at least 15 minutes before your reservation, so give yourself about 45 minutes to an hour.  (I'm always paranoid I will be late)  That gives you enough time to stay and enjoy the park, walk to the resort and head up to the concourse level where the restaurant is located.  There is a nice waiting area if you arrive early, or you can browse in the shops for a few minutes.
