We are going to MK for one day and planning on going to Trex DD for lunch then back for the evening. What is the best way to get there from MK? Should we drive our own car, bus or fairy? If we drive will we pay parking fee again?

Hey there, Angie!  My family LOVES T-Rex so I am so excited to hear you'll be dining there soon!  Be sure to check out the "Build-A-Dino" shop on your way out!  It's similar to Build-A-Bear, but features lots of furry prehistoric pals which little ones can bring to life with lots of stuffing and adorable outfits!

Bus transportation between the Magic Kingdom and Downtown Disney is free for all guests staying at Disney World Resort Hotels.   If you are a Disney World Hotel guest, you can hop aboard a bus headed to Downtown Disney and will be able to catch return transportation back to the Magic Kingdom after your meal.

If you are not a Disney World Hotel guest you can certainly drive your own vehicle to Downtown Disney and there's great news:  Parking at Downtown Disney is FREE!  If you've never been to Downtown Disney, I recommend you take a while before or after your meal to take in the shopping and entertainment available at this unique complex!

Thanks for your question and here's wishing you a most magical Walt Disney World vacation!
