Will be at MK on Oct 20th. Hoping to get a res at TTFDP that night. It is also my daughter's b-day. Is it possible to get a cake delivered there? With all the desserts is a cake just too much anyway? What can I do to make it special for her?

    Hi there Jeremiah!

If I were you, I would not order a birthday cake for the Tomorrowland Terrace Fireworks Dessert Party.  With all the amazing desserts that are served there, having an additional cake would likely be a waste.  Are you having lunch or dinner at a table service restaurant earlier in the day?  If so, consider having a birthday cake sent there instead.  Small (6 inch) cakes are available without pre-order at most Disney table service restaurants.  Just let your server know you'd like one when you arrive for your reservation.  If you're looking for something larger and specialized, however, call the Disney cake hotline at (407) 827-2253 at least 48 hours in advance of your visit to place an order.  You can choose from a wide variety of wonderful birthday cakes designed to delight your daughter.

Also, be sure to stop by the Guest Services desk when you first enter the Magic Kingdom.  Let them know you are celebrating your daughter's birthday and they will present her with a complimentary birthday button to wear.  When they see her button, Cast Members throughout the park will make a special point of greeting her and wishing her a happy birthday.

Please wish your daughter happy birthday from the Moms Panel on October 20th!
