Hiya Eileen and welcome back to planDisney. You are saying all the right things here: Magic Kingdom Park, Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, parades, fireworks... all this talk is making me want to book a trip for December.
My crystal ball is a little cloudy to see so far in the future by hindsight and current information is 20/20. In the past when there is a party night such as
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party and
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, the
Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade still marches its way from Fronteirland to Town Square every day at 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM. This year the parade is scheduled on every day Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is offered through the first two days of September with more dates expected to be released soon. I would expect the same once the rest of the dates are released as well as for all days hosting Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party at night.
planDisney Pro Tip: My favorite place to watch the parade is in front of
The Hall of Presidents attraction just behind the parade rope line and across from the Liberty Bell replica. If you arrive about 15 minutes before the parade you should be able to get a space along the half wall. This area behind the rope line is shallow giving you an unobstructed view. This is where the parade turns and presents a fantastic view of all the floats and dancing Cast Members.
Eileen, thank you again for stopping by planDisney and feel free to
write me back directly with any follow-up questions.
Enjoy making many Magical Memories.
