    We will be at MK on 11/8/10 at Mickey's Very Merry Christmas party. I'd like to dine at Tony's Town Square. Can we see the Christmastime parade from that restaurant, and if so, what time would you recommend we get a reservation for?

    Hi Shanna! I would never recommend anyone trying to watch one of the great Magic Kingdom parades from a restaurant or shop location.  The only way to really get a good view of the complete parade is to be at curbside.  Many guests use the porch area in front of Tony's to view the parade and they alone will block many guests from seeing it.

    I suggest you make an early dining reservation at Tony's, Liberty Tree, Crystal Palace, or the Plaza restaurant for around 6:00pm.  That way you can dine in the park and be ready to play once the party begins at 7:00pm.  You will be allowed into the park as early as 4:00pm with your special event ticket. This is done so guests can eat inside before the party starts.

    I enjoy watching the parades from the  area around Frontierland. It has gotten a bit more popular now but if you go early enough you can still nab a good spot.
