We will be at MK in March & I read somewhere that I can have my purchases sent to a holding area so that I don't have to carry them around all day. Is there a cost for this service? When and where can I retrieve my purchases? Thanks!

    Bonjour Melissa,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us another question!

There are several Package Pickup options available to you when you visit Magic Kingdom Park during your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort. The one that you’re talking about in your question is referred to as “Souvenir Pick-Up”. It allows you to deliver your purchases to a designated location near the front entrance for pick-up as you exit the park. To use this service, all you have to do is let the Cast Member who processes your order at the cash, before you’ve completed your purchase. The pickup location at Magic Kingdom Park is right next to Guest Relations (to the right as you exit the Park).

You can also have your purchases shipped to you at home for added convenience (yes, even internationally) but, I’ll warn you that shipping to Canada can be rather expensive. I’d recommend using that service only if you know you’ll run out of room in your suitcase or if the item that you’re purchasing is too bulky to bring back with you on the airplane.

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
