We will be at Mk on 2/14, hs 2/15 and epcot 2/16. How do i plan in advance the times for parades and fireworks?

    Hi Bryon!

Welcome to planDisney!  Your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is "Just Around the Riverbend," and I can tell that you are a planner just like me.  Before you know it, you'll be strolling down Main Street U.S.A., and enjoying a Mickey-shaped snack!

In my opinion, the best way to end a day at the parks is watching Tinker Bell sprinkle some pixie dust and light up the night sky with dazzling displays!  I don't want to miss any of the magic in the parks so taking a look at times for these must-do shows is an important part of my preparations for our trip.  You can find out more about entertainment schedules at each park, including fireworks and parades, by viewing the calendar for your selected dates on the Walt Disney World Resort website.  On the days that you are in the park, you can also easily view this information in your My Disney Experience Mobile App.  When you click on the "Tip Board," you'll find a full listing of rides, attractions, and entertainment.  Alternatively, you can click on "Park Hours and Info" and then "Today" to view entertainment across all of the theme parks for that day.

When it comes time to watch the Festival of Fantasy parade at Magic Kingdom Park, I recommend a viewing spot by Country Bear Jamboree in Fronteirland.  It's less crowded than the areas in front of Cinderella Castle and on Main Street, U.S.A., plus you can easily grab a frozen pineapple treat from nearby Aloha Isle to enjoy while watching the parade.  Then, when the parade is finished, you are located near many great attractions in Adventureland, Fronteirland, and Liberty Square!

Before I leave, I want to share with you my best tip to enjoy Fantasmic! at Disney's Hollywood Studios - with a Fantasmic! Dining Package!  While there are several restaurants available, I recommend grabbing a bite at 50's Prime Time Cafe and then heading over to your VIP seating for Fantasmic!  Just be sure to keep your elbows off the table and eat all of your vegetables so you can enjoy some warm apple crisp for dessert!  You can also find dining packages and dessert parties for fireworks viewing at EPCOT and Magic Kingdom Park.

Bryon, I hope you enjoy a wonderful visit to Walt Disney World Resort and get to enjoy all of the magical entertainment the parks have to offer.  If you have any other vacation planning questions, please stop by planDisney again to visit me and my pals!

    See ya real soon,
    Kristi
