How to get from MK to HS

     Hi there, Mary!

Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by with a transportation question. I love that your planning is well underway!

For Guests with the Park Hopper option, knowing how to travel between parks can make your day run even more smoothly. Depending on your starting point and destination, you can hop aboard the Disney Skyliner, Monorail, Watercraft, or a Disney bus to get from park to park.

To travel from Magic Kingdom to Disney’s Hollywood Studios, the most direct route is by bus. After exiting Magic Kingdom, keep to the left and follow the signs to the Bus Transportation area. You’ll find a board listing all destinations along with the number of the bus stop you’ll need - then it’s just a short ride to your next adventure!

If  you’d like to travel in style, a Minnie Van Connected by Lyft can be reserved directly through the Lyft app. These unique, polka-dotted vehicles pick up Guests from the Bus Transportation area and will drop you off at the Bus Transportation area at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. I enjoyed a Minnie Van ride with some of my planDisney pals last Fall, and it was such a fun, comfortable, and efficient way to get from one place to another!

I hope this information is helpful, Mary. If you have any other questions, please swing by planDisney again - we love to help!

    Cheers,
    Candace
