At MK our 1st day......Is it best if I bring multi colored sharpies for autographs or buy a pen there? Do they sell multi colored pens there? (thought colorful would be nice but want what's easiest)

    Hi Karen,

Thanks for coming back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with another great question!  Meeting characters and getting an autograph is such a special part of our family's vacations at Walt Disney World Resort.  In order to preserve the memories, it is important that you use a good quality pen.  Keep in mind that some characters my have a difficult time holding onto some smaller sized and awkward shaped pens.  I find that sharpies do work the best, they are easy for all characters to grip, and the colours make the autograph really "pop".

There is a wide variety of pens and other stationary type items available for purchase at the Magic Kingdom and other stores on Walt Disney World Property, however I would suggest you bring your own Sharpies.  That way you know you have what you need and it is one less item you will need to purchase when you arrive in the Magic Kingdom.  Try the retractable Sharpies, that way you don't have to worry about losing the lids!

Please come back and visit us if you think of any other questions while planning your Walt Disney World Vacation Karen.  We would be happy to help!
