    MK closes at 10:00pm on 9/12/16, but the Main Street Electrical Parade is scheduled for 10:00pm. Do all the other attractions and stores close at 10:00pm or will they stay open until the end of the parade?

    Hi Joan,

    I love the Main Street Electrical Parade!  It's (I know this sounds corny) MAGICAL!!! 

    Since Magic Kingdom's official park closing is scheduled for 10:00pm that night it means that the rides will close.  However, the stores on Main Street, U.S.A. stay open for quite some time after the park closes.  I usually take my time and stroll through all of the stores.  I love discovering the new merchandise; there's always something, and the best part is that you're letting time pass so the crowds at the Monorail, buses and ferries thin out.  If you don't want to stroll, grab a drink or a quick dessert and look for some seats on the side streets of Main Street.  You can relax there for awhile instead of shopping.
