MK on 11/4/13 DS 5th B-day Chef Mickey or Be our Guest for B-day Dinner. Thinking Be our Guest for Quick Service lunch and then CM dinner or Breakfast? Any stores near to get Ballons after he sleeping Sun to decorate room for Mon am. driving.

Hi Laurie! Your son will have such a special fifth birthday at Walt Disney World. He will remember it forever and all the magical times he will have.

Be Our Guest is the newest restaurant in the Magic Kingdom and it is a very sought after dining experience. I agree that I would suggest heading there at 10;30am and getting in line for an early lunch. If you wait after that time the lines for lunch can be as long as 45-60 minutes. The process is a bit slow when ordering so if you are not in line early you will be waiting! All three rooms are fun with the West Wing being the darkest. You can choose a table in any of the three rooms so enjoy.

I would follow that dining up with dinner at Chef Mickey. Since you are planning on an early lunch this would work out better for dinner then breakfast.

Balloons are best found in the Magic Kingdom park. You can check with your resort concierge once you arrive if they can help you find some to decorate your room. I love to order the three foot tall Mickey balloon from the Disney florist. They can deliver it either Sunday or Monday but you won't be able to choose a specific exact time.
