Southern California Resident Weekday Ticket Offer has some restrictions, and you are correct, as written in the important details section in the ticket offer, stating, “Guests may purchase up to 5 tickets, per eligible person per day with valid ID.” As well, the tickets are nonrefundable. My best advice would be to
Contact Disneyland Resort “Tickets” for further assistance and resolution with your tickets.
Martha, once your ticket situation is resolved, please note that at this time, to enter Disneyland Resort theme parks, you will need a
Disneyland Resort - Theme Park Reservation. Please take a look at the
Disneyland Resort Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar in preparation for your visit to ensure you utilize your ticket within its allowable time frame.
Once you arrive at Disneyland Resort, using the
Disneyland Mobile App you can summon the
Disney Genie+ Lightning Lane service to enable you to select an arrival time for attractions that offer the Lightning Lane entrance, thereby saving you a lot of time waiting in lines for those attractions.
The

Disney's PhotoPass® Service for capturing all your memories digitally, and much more to help you enhance your day.
