    Hello, We mistanely purchased DisneyLand ticktes but needed Orlando tickets, we called a cast member and were told we could get a refund with a check but does anyone know how long it will take to arrive??

    I'm so sorry you weren't initially able to get the tickets for the Disney theme parks you planned to visit. I hope you have since been able to get the correct theme park tickets to visit the Walt Disney World Resort! Unfortunately, we don't have access to guests' account information and I'm unsure how long it will take for you to get your refund check. I would suggest reaching back out to Guest Services by using the same phone number you used initially.
