Hey there Virginia,
Welcome to planDisney! Thanks so much for your question - and don't worry, this is an easy thing to sort out!
The good news is that the name on a
theme park ticket is really just for your own organizational purposes, and it doesn't impact who can actually use it to enter the parks. When you arrive at the main entrance for the first time, a Cast Member will scan each ticket and capture a photo of the person using it, and that photo is what gets associated with the ticket for the rest of your visit. So even if your daughter's ticket currently has your name on it in the
Disneyland Resort mobile app, she'll have no problem getting through the turnstiles.
That said, I completely understand wanting things to look right, especially if you're a planner like me! To update the name that appears on the ticket, you'll need to
call a Cast Member at the Tickets line. They'll be able to get the displayed name updated for you so that it will reflect that change in the Disneyland Resort mobile app and help you keep your tickets organized.
Thanks again for stopping by with your question, Virginia! I hope you have a wonderful time on your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth.
Have a Magical Day,
Greg
