Fabiana from Sao Paulo Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

My mistake i assigned the child ticket to my husband and the adult one to my 5 years old son. What should i do??

Welcome to planDisney, Fabiana! Oh boy, you must be giddy with excitement, since your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is fast approaching!

Don't you worry about a thing, my friend, because this is a mistake that is very easily fixed. Considering that your Theme Park tickets haven't been used before, you can actually reassign them to anyone else in your Family & Friends list! Let's get started, shall we?

First things first, you'll need to open the My Disney Experience mobile app, click on the three lines at the bottom right corner of your screen, and then click on Tickets & Passes. Here, you'll see all of the Theme Park tickets that you've purchased right underneath your family members' names. Go ahead and select each ticket and then click on the Reassign Ticket button. From here, simply follow the steps to reassign the tickets to the right person! It really is as simple as that.

Thank you so much for stopping by with your question for us, Fabiana! I hope that my answer has helped clarify things for you. If you still have any other questions, please don't hesitate to come back and ask us! We're happy to help in English or in Portuguese

    See you real soon!
