Hi Missy, We are traveling to WDW in November and one of our little ones is a special needs child. Concerning the DAS do we need to take medical documentation, and where do we get the DAS?

    Hello, Graciela!

Thank you for asking about the Disability Access Service (DAS)! This complimentary service helps my son, who also has special needs, make the most of our day in the theme park. You can request DAS at any theme park Guest Relations Lobby, and you will not need to bring a doctor's note. However, be ready to discuss your Mouseketeer's specific needs so that Cast Members can assist your particular situation. For example, when I request DAS I let the Cast Member know that my son needs additional time so we can safely board an attraction vehicle rather than mentioning he had a stroke.

I hope this helps, Graciela! Please let me know if you have additional questions about DAS or have other questions as you continue to plan your magical visit.
