Missy, I just read your disability access pass and read that we have our whole family there when getting it. What will be there roll in it? How many can you have up to? We are traveling with mom, dad, two brothers, aunt, cousin and a girlfriend, total 8

    Hi Tara,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thanks for bringing me another great question! I'm so happy to hear that you're learning about different aspects of planning a Walt Disney World Resort vacation through our site.

Yes, you're exactly right! To sign up for the Disability Access Service, I did just encourage another Guest to stop by a Guest Relations location inside a theme park when she first arrives at "The Most Magical Place on Earth" and to bring her whole family. It's important to do so because the Cast Member at Guest Relations will need to scan the MagicBands or cards of anyone who wants to be included on your family member's Disability Access Service. While the service is usually provided for the Guest who needs it and up to five fellow Mouseketeers, it can't hurt to ask if your entire party could participate. While I wouldn't expect that more than six Guests could be included, you never know if you'll receive a bit of pixie dust to include your whole group. My immediate family has seven members - five kiddos plus my husband and me, and thankfully they've always allowed us all to use the service together. However, we traveled with my parents once, and we were not allowed to add them to the Disability Access Service. We were still able to use the FastPass+ service together, though, so there were plenty of experiences we could still enjoy together!

Please let us know if you have any other questions as you're planning your trip, Tara, and have a truly magical vacation this holiday season!
