    I misspelled my daughter-in-law's name on our reservation. Can you help me change it?

    I’m so excited for your upcoming visit to the Happiest Place on Earth! You’re going to make so many magical memories this May!

    I’m sorry to hEAR that you misspelled your daughter-in-law’s name on her park ticket, but I have some good news to share – you won’t need to worry about making a change to the spelling on her ticket, since tickets aren’t actually assigned to a specific person until each ticket is scanned at the front entrance turnstiles. As each Guest in your group is scanned in, the Cast Member will take a picture to assign one ticket to each specific Guest. At that point, the ticket can’t be transferred to anyone else. If you have any additional ticket questions, I recommend using the “Chat with Us” feature on the Disneyland app. 

    I have more good news for you, Mary! You’re arriving at the Disneyland Resort at the perfect time, since our favorite nighttime spectaculars are returning just before your visit! Get ready to watch the Main Street Electrical Parade, World of Color, and Fantasmic!, all returning to the Resort on April 22, 2022! I can’t wait to light the night when these special parades and shows return.
