Cami, I understand your onboard photo from
TRON Lightcycle / Run is missing from your My Disney Experience mobile app. I've dealt with this exact same situation and I'm happy to share my experience with you. First, be sure that any MagicBands or physical cards you may have taken with you onboard the attraction are linked to your
My Disney Experience account. If you're still not able to find your attraction photo, you have two options for getting in touch with the Disney PhotoPass Guest Support team: you could call them via phone at the
Disney PhotoPass phone line or
submit an online form to locate your missing media.
When submitting an online form for a missing photo, be sure to include as much detail as possible to help the Cast Members locate your media. You'll want to include the date and time you enjoyed the attraction, as well as any descriptive features (e.g., clothing and/or hats worn, hair color, ages) that might assist the team in locating your specific photo. Once submitted, you'll receive a confirmation email from the team, and you'll receive another email if your photo has been located and linked to your My Disney Experience account!
