I am missing a purchased ticket on my disneyworld app. How do I relocate it?

    Hiya, Miranda!

Welcome to planDisney! I am so sorry to hear that you are missing a ticket to The Most Magical Place on Earth. As the countdown continues to your arrival at Walt Disney World Resort, I am sure that you are finalizing all the magical details..and finding your ticket was most likely not on the list! But Hakuna Matata, Miranda. We are here to help!

If the missing ticket was previously linked to your My Disney Experience account and was accidentally deleted (Hey, it happens to the best of us!), you can add the ticket via the My Disney Experience app or through the Walt Disney World website with the confirmation number. You can find this number on the email you should have received soon after your purchase. You can add the ticket through the app by tapping the three bars at the bottom right side of the home screen. Select Tickets and Passes to continue. At the top of this screen, you should see a blue + sign. Choosing this option will provide a Link Tickets & Passes link. Enter the ticket ID code, and you should be linked to your ticket in no time.

If you are linking your tickets through My Disney Experience on the Walt Disney World website, you will choose the My Plans option from the drop-down menu. Select the blue ticket icon to continue. This link will provide an option to Link Tickets. You will enter the ticket ID number and be linked in no time at all.

Now if your ticket was unable to be linked and you do not have the confirmation number for your purchase, I recommend reaching out to a friendly Cast Member with Existing Tickets by phone. They will be able to help you with any missing confirmation numbers so that you are able to add (or re-add) that missing ticket to your account.

While we are on the topic of tickets, I want to mention Disney Park Pass reservations. All four theme parks require a reservation in addition to a valid theme park ticket. Summertime is a great season to visit The Most Magical Place on Earth, and some dates offer limited availability due to popularity. If you have not already crossed this must-do planning step off of your magical to-do list, I recommend doing so as soon as possible. You can make your Park Pass reservations as soon as you have purchased your theme park tickets. So don't delay, make your Park Pass reservations today!

    We'll see ya real soon!
