Annual Passport, and I hope you’ve enjoyed many magical theme park visits, as well as all the
valuable benefits that come along with being a Passholder at the
Disneyland Resort!
You’re unable to gain admission to Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park if there is a past-due monthly payment on your account. However, the good news is that once you bring your Annual Passport payments up to date, it will be reactivated so you may enter the theme parks again! If you would like to make a payment, check your balance, or provide a new credit or debit card number, please call Annual Passport Monthly Payments Guest Services at (800) 410-4656. A Cast Member will be available to help you from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
