Hi Ivone, thanks for stopping by planDisney. We're happy you are here.
Ivone, I believe that you're asking about missing a
Disneyland Magic Key Park Reservation. The current
Magic Key No-Show policy is that Guests who "are a no-show for 3 reservations in any 90-day window will be unable to make new park reservations or modify existing park reservations for 30 days." The 90-day period is a rolling window and once a No-Show hits 90 days it will no longer count against you. However, after that time, if you have another No-Show with 2 still on your account, the 30-day pause on making and modifying reservations will start again.
Situations and life happen, Ivone, so I understand missing a theme park reservation. Currently, cancellation or modification of a reservation must be completed by 11:59 PM Pacific Time on the day before the reserved date. I like to put a calendar reminder in my phone that notifies me of my reservation for the following day - that way I can cancel in time if needed.
I hope this information helps, Ivonne. Please visit us again at any time with any other Disneyland planning questions. Me and my planDisney pals would be happy to help!
See ya real soon,
Melissa
