If you purchased tickets for your niece and have misplaced the information she needs to link them to her My Disney Experience account and make
Disney Park Pass reservations, the best thing to do would be to
call the hotline for existing tickets and speak to a Cast Member. They may be able to find the information you need to help them link their tickets, or they will help you through the process of getting new ticket media set up for them. It's important that you call as soon as you possibly can, as
Disney Park Pass reservations are subject to availability and some of the Theme Parks have already reached capacity for reservations next week.
Once you have the ticket numbers in hand, your niece and her friend can link them to their
My Disney Experience accounts using the
mobile app or
this page. Once they're linked, they do not need to carry physical tickets with them and can access the Theme Parks using their
MagicBands!
