    I misplaced my season pass card can I get a replacement?

    Hiya fellow Passholder Darlene and welcome to planDisney. Don't you just love not worrying about purchasing individual theme park tickets and how awesome it is to take advantage of all the Annual Passholder Program benefits? Thanks, Mickey for bringing the Annual Passes back.

    We have forgotten our annual passes a few times and we realize it when the cashier says, "Do you have an annual pass?" Fortunately, there are two easy ways to manage this.

    The first is to see if your annual pass is linked to your My Disney Experience account. Once linked and the My Disney Experience app installed on your mobile device you, should be able to show a digital version of your annual pass to anyone requesting it. Here is how to create a Digital Pass after your annual pass is linked. First, open the app. Second, click on the menu (≡) in the lower right corner. Third, tap the panel on the next screen that says "Ticket and Passes." Search for your annual pass. If it is not there then you will need to link it. Finally, once you know it is connected then you may create a Digital pass using Disney MagicMobile which is found one panel under "Tickets and Passes." The Digital Pass can be stored in your Apple Wallet on your iPhone, Apple Watch, or in the digital wallet of other smart devices. I did this and now no longer need to bring my physical card to the theme parks.

    If you did not link the annual pass before it was misplaced then the second option is to visit a ticket window at any Walt Disney World Theme Park or the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs and get a new physical card. You will need to show photo identification to get a replacement physical card. I recommend you create a Digital Pass immediately once you get the new card.

    planDisney Pro Tip: Always ask if there is a discount or Special Offers for Annual Passholders. Those small savings can add up big over the course of a year.
