I have misplaced my DIsney Annual Passport. Can you tell me how I replace it and if there is a charge? I have the card on my DIsneyland App. Do I need to replace the card?

    Hi there, Marybeth!

Welcome, and thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with this great question. As a longtime Annual Passholder, I’ve unfortunately misplaced or forgotten my pass card on a couple occasions as well. You’re definitely not alone!

While you can use the Annual Passport bar code linked on your official Disneyland mobile app to enter the theme parks, you will still need to have a physical Annual Passport card to receive FASTPASS entitlements at the attraction distribution machines and also to benefit from Annual Passholder discounts at the resort. If your Annual Passport is in good standing and you forget to bring it to the Disneyland Resort on a visit, you will be provided one courtesy admission for the year.

If your Annual Passport card is permanently lost, however, there is a non-refundable $20 fee for a replacement. You can pay this fee and receive your new card at a Disneyland Resort Main Entrance Ticket Booth. If you have reason to believe your pass was lost or stolen rather than simply misplaced at home, please report the situation to a ticket booth Cast Member or contact the Annual Passholder Hotline at (714) 781-4546.

I hope this answers your question, Marybeth, and that your next visit to the Happiest Place on Earth is just around the corner! Please don’t hesitate to send us any other vacation planning questions you may have.

    Wishing you magic,
