    I mispelled one of the names for one of the person in our group. I have been trying to call but I had been on hold for hours!!! Also, I incorrectly put the name of my 16 yr old nephew for the 3-9 yr old ticket. And vice versa, my son who is 7yr old.

    I’m delighted to know that you purchased tickets for your entire family to enjoy a visit to “The Happiest Place on Earth!” I know you’ll have a magical visit to Walt’s original park! 

    The mistake you’re describing actually happens quite often. And, I have great news to share! You do not have to change the names on your tickets ahead of your visit. Once you arrive at the turnstiles of the Disneyland Resort Theme Parks, a Cast Member will take a picture of each person and link it to their ticket. After that time, the ticket is associated with the person in the picture, not the name on the ticket. So, there’s nothing you need to do ahead of time in order for your son and nephew to use the tickets you purchased. 

    If you have not done so already, make sure to download the Disneyland Mobile App prior to your arrival and link your theme park tickets. Doing so will allow you to try for the virtual queue for Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance and WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure. Plus, you can use it to place Mobile Food and Beverage Orders and check attraction wait times throughout the day. The Disneyland Mobile App is necessary for a successful day at the Disneyland Resort!
