Hi Richard,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thank you for coming to us with your question. I laughed out loud at the idea of a “Minnie Winnie” 22-foot RV – I was imagining an RV that was polka-dotted to look like my main girl Minnie Mouse!
Richard, I reached out to a Cast Member with your question because, while the tent and pop-up sites at
The Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort are 10 feet by 25 feet in size, I share your concern that your RV may still not be allowed. The Cast Member I spoke with said that, while your vehicle does technically fit, there is no sewage connection for your RV on those campsites, which may pose a problem. His suggestion was that you call the campsites' front desk so you can talk through the specifics and figure out the best campsite for your vehicle and your needs. They can be reached by calling (407) 824-2900.
I’m wishing you and your Minnie Camper (that’s its name now, I hope you don’t mind) the very best time in your adventure at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort. While visiting, my advice is to not miss
Trail’s End Restaurant, which serves up a really delicious buffet.
P & J’s Southern Takeout is another solid choice – be sure to order the strawberry shortcake!
Wishing you a magical vacation,
Robyn
