Welcome to planDisney! It sounds like you are also a fan of the Minnie Van Service! My family will tell you that the
Minnie Van Service is my favorite way to get around Walt Disney World Resort, especially when traveling with my toddler. I love everything about it, especially chatting with the Cast Members as we travel around the property.
Monica, in my experience, the Minnie Van Service is only able to transport Guests to a Walt Disney World Resort-operated location from:
- A resort in the Walt Disney World Resort Collection Hotel
- Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort
- Shades of Green
- Walt Disney World Swan Hotel
- Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel
- And Walt Disney World Swan Reserve.
That said, an exception is made for Guests with a confirmed reservation for a club-level room. They can secure a Minnie Van from Orlando International Airport through
Disney’s Signature Services phone line. Unfortunately, this option is not available to Guests without a club-level resort reservation at this time.
