    are the mini-fridges free of charge in all resorts?

    The moderate and deluxe resort hotels all have a mini-refrigerator in the rooms, Crystle.  These include a freezer compartment.  The value resorts do not have refrigerators; they have beverage cooler units.  In other words, there is not freezer compartment in the fridges at the value resorts.  I hope that helps!
