    Mine does not show my past cruises, It only shows 10 cruises taken. How can I find my past ones? Thank you

    Wow - 10 completed cruises! Welcome to Platinum level of the Castaway Club. That's a lot of fun cruises that you have experienced. With 5 Disney Cruise ships and so many itineraries, there is still more adventure to explore! 

    When checking your Castaway Club account, you will be able to view the total number of completed cruises as well as your Castaway Club level and associated benefits. The website no longer has the detailed information of previous cruises. To obtain this information, reach out via phone or email to a Disney Cruise Line agent who will be able to assist. 

    So where to sail next? The good news is the 2023 fall itineraries are available. Book soon for the best selection of staterooms. As a Platinum cruiser, I am sure you have your favorite stateroom locations that you prefer!
