    Is there milk available on castaway cay? I see there are soft drinks and water, but if I need to give milk do I need to try to bring it from the ship?

    Hi Colleen!

    With your Disney Dream vacation fast approaching I know you must be getting excited for all the fun that awaits you onboard and at port!  One of the best things about a Disney Cruise Line vacation is that once you get onboard you can simply enjoy!  With so much to do and see onboard your biggest decision will be what to actually do with your time!

    Your family will love Castaway Cay!  We enjoy spending the day there on the beautiful beaches and my kids love seeing Mickey and Friends in the swimming attire ready for their day at the beach too!  With activities scheduled during your time at Castaway Cay, you will find lots to do – it’s SO MUCH fun for everyone!  Lunch is served buffet style on the island at Cookie's BBQ and Cookie's Too BBQ and it is a delicious one!  We love getting the huge chocolate chip cookies and sandwiching two of them around some soft serve ice cream for a special after lunch dessert!  I don’t recall seeing milk available as an option since there are fountain drinks there, but I recommend checking with your dining room server and asking if they have milk available on the island.  Many times they can arrange for it to be there for you or inform you if you need to bring it from the ship with you.  If you want to, go ahead and bring a small soft-sided insulated cooler with you that you could pop some milk cartons from Cabanas in and bring with you when you visit Castaway Cay.  Sometimes we prefer to bring things we know we need to avoid the search for it once on land!
