Your Lightning Lane booking window is linked to your resort stay. And since you’re staying at a Disney World resort, I’m happy to report that you will be able to book your Lightning Lanes for your entire stay beginning at 7 AM Eastern, 7 days prior to your resort check-in date. That’s one of my favorite
perks of being a resort guest!
It’s good to note that when you purchase
Lightning Lane Multi Pass, you’ll be able to choose 3 Lightning Lane pre-selections. While those pre-selections will all need to be at the same park, they do not need to be at the park where you have a park reservation if you have the
park hopper option on your ticket. So, you can strategize on how to best use your Lightning Lanes for the day based on your family’s priorities.
When I book my Lightning Lanes, I like to start with the end of my trip first, then work my way backward. That way, I get the best chance at snagging the return times I’m really hoping for. Of course, if you don’t get the Lightning Lanes you were hoping for, you can always modify them leading up to your trip and on your park day, pending availability.
