Can military tickets purchased be linked to our magic bands?

    Hi Karolyn,

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.

MagicBands are part of MyMagic+, the new program from Disney that allows guests to conveniently link many aspects of their Disney vacation.  Please do be aware that this program is still in the testing phase, so the information here is subject to change, and all guests may not be able to participate in the testing.

When I spoke with a cast member about this question recently, I was told that you should be able to link your military tickets through My Disney Experience using the number that is on the tickets when you purchase them at your local installation.  When you visit My Disney Experience, set yourself up an account, and then follow the directions to link your tickets as you would with any tickets, simply use the number that you find on your military tickets.  Since the ability to do this is relatively recent, you should be able to do so online; however, if you run into difficulty you can call (407) 939-7849, and a cast member can help you.

I hope that this information is helpful for you, Karolyn.  Have a great time planning your trip, and please do not hesitate to ask if you have any further questions.
