I have 6 military tickets but can only link 5. why?

    Hi Robert!

Welcome to planDisney! I'm so glad that you found us hEAR! But first, please allow me to say a double ears cheers and Thank You! for your service to our country on behalf of all of my fellow panelists!

I'm an Air Force wife myself and am very familiar with the wonderful Disney Military Promotional Park Hopper Tickets that you currently have. There shouldn't be a reason why you can't link the sixth ticket so you can make those ever important Park Pass Reservations for everyone in your group. And I'm sure you've already double checked the ticket numbers as they were printed vs. who they are currently connected to in your profile so it's not like you're accidentally trying to link one ticket to two different people.

I sadly don't have the proper magic mirror to pull up your account to see what's going on. But I have two ideas. It could be an error somewhere in the system, that strangely enough might be resolved if you were to try to upload that last ticket in a different way. Try using the Disneyland Mobile App, and also try using an actual computer or internet browser on your handheld device to get to your My Disneyland Account.

If you're still unable to link your last ticket, it could be that the system thinks you already used a 6th ticket either this year or in 2021. Normally the military ticket offers reset every year; the tickets expire in December, each new offer every new year has its own code in the system, etc. However, given the length of the historic pandemic closure, when the parks reopened in 2021 the military tickets for that year did come back with the verbiage of 'these tickets are valid for the rest of 2021 and all of 2022.' Now, you were already able to purchase six tickets. So clearly the authorizing ticket sale system on base/post that talks with Disney's system knows you didn't somehow acquire a seventh ticket this year. However, if you had any tickets from 2020 that had their dates auto-magically extended to the end of 2021 that you did use, that could be where things are derailing.

Or it could be something else entirely and I'm way off base. If you're still having issues linking your last ticket or you did use a ticket with an extended date post re-opening, call (714) 520-6222 and they should be able to get you unstuck. Cast members in the Ticket booths in The Esplanade should also be able to see what's going on and clear it up, but I recommend calling vs. waiting so you can make those park pass reservations.

I hope this helped, Robert, and I also hope that you have the Best! Day! Ever! at The Happiest Place on Earth! We'll See You Real Soon!
