Hey there Tristen,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for your service to our country! It looks like you're planning a trip to the Disneyland Resort in just a few days from when I'm answering your question - how exciting!
According to the
Southern California Resident Ticket Offer page, this offer is valid only for California residents within ZIP codes 90000-96199, and proof of eligible residency, including valid government-issued photo ID, is required for both purchase and admission.
Therefore, as long as you bring a government-issued photo ID with you that shows your current address within the valid ZIP codes when you're entering the parks then you'll be all set! No need to bring a bill or other piece of mail.
If you want to make absolutely certain that the ID you're planning to use will suffice then I would recommend
reaching out to a Cast Member at the Tickets line as they'll be able to check the specific details of your situation and confirm.
Additionally, you'll also want to make sure you have a
theme park reservation set up for the days you plan to visit. My preferred method of setting this up and/or checking that the reservations have been made is with the
My Plans hub on the Disneyland Resort website.
Thank you again for stopping by, Tristen! I hope you enjoy your time at the Happiest Place on Earth.
Have a Magical Day,
Greg
