Can military stationed in San Diego and living in San Diego get the southern californian3 day pass? Does home rental bill count as proof residency? We don’t have california state government ID but are currently living in San Diego.

Hey there, hi there, Francisco! Welcome to planDisney. We are so glad you've come to us with a planning question!

Before we get your answer, please let me thank you and your family for your service. We salute you! I am excited to hear you want to visit Disneyland Resort soon. Unfortunately, the Southern California Resident Ticket Offer is no longer available. The good news is that if you are an active duty, you qualify for the Disney Military Promotional Ticket Offer. This offer is something our family looks forward to being able to take advantage of year after year. This allows you to purchase 3 or 4-day park hopper tickets. While the SoCal ticket offer was a great deal, the tickets were only valid through mid-May. The military promotion allows you to visit all throughout the year up until December 27, 2025. You can purchase up to 6 of these tickets. Just make note that the military member or spouse must be present when using these tickets for the first time and present their military ID. These tickets can be purchased from your local military base ticket office.

These tickets will need to be linked to your Disney account as soon as you purchase them so that you can make your theme park ticket reservations. These are required along with your ticket for entry into the parks. Take some time to look at the 2025 Event Calendar and start planning out your visits. There's so much magic happening this year!

Francisco, thanks so much for stopping by! We are here if you have any other questions!

Meet the Panelist: Carrie, California

Well hello there, friend! I'm Carrie, a work-from-home mom and military wife who currently calls sunny San Diego home. You'll find my family in the parks braving drops and coasters to work up our appetite to take as many snack breaks as we can. While Disneyland is our home away from home, we love trying to make a Walt Disney World Resort vacation happen at least once a year now too. All my friends know I'm the go-to for Disney advice, so I'm here to help you plan and experience the magic on your visit! Learn More About Carrie
