I am a military spouse and will be visiting Disneyland on Wednesday. I was going to buy my ticket on base, my is question, can I buy my sister and mom and ticket on base as well? Or do they need military ID’s?

Hey there, Emily. Welcome to planDisney. We're so glad you're here to share this question with us. Woohoo! Your visit to the Disneyland Resort is practically here and I'm thrilled to help out.

First and foremost, a warm thank you to your spouse for their service. I'm so glad to hear that you can take advantage of the Disney Military Promotional Tickets. You can purchase up to a total of six tickets for yourself, other family members and friends. One of the six tickets must be used by the Eligible Service Member or spouse during your visit. Once you've purchased your tickets, be sure to make your theme park reservations.

I'm so excited about your upcoming visit. I love spending time at the parks with my mom and sister. Although the Lunar New Year Celebration just ended, the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival is just around the corner and starts on March 1st. I hope that you will be able to visit during this delicious festival. Make sure to check out the Foodie Guide that was recently posted on Disney Parks Blog. And if you haven't already, I highly recommend experiencing the Flag Retreat Ceremony in Disneyland Park. I experienced it during one of my last visits and was quite moved. Check the Disneyland app for the ceremony time.

Emily, I hope this helps as you're getting ready for your visit. Here's wishing you the best Disney day at the Happiest Place on Earth!
