If I have military promotional tickets and I have an expired military ID card and am having issues getting a new one due to COVID 19, what can I do? I have other things that can prove I am in the military, but the Common Access Card(CAC) is expired.

I know I can speak for all my planDisney panelist friends when I thank you for your service, Wyatt. We appreciate you!

As much as I hate to be the bearer of unwanted news, I have to tell you that the details of the Military Promotional Tickets do specify that "valid military identification will be required for purchase and use." In order to activate and use the Military Promotional Tickets you've purchased, Wyatt, you will need to present a valid and active Common Access Card. Other forms that prove military service are not accepted. Are your tickets printed with an expiration date? Assuming they were purchased during the most recent promotion, the tickets are valid through December 17, 2021, so that gives you quite a bit of time to get that expired identification renewed.

Whether you choose to visit in the near future, or later in the year, there are some special events you can look forward to. Right now, the Taste of Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival is in beautiful bloom. We love to visit the Outdoor Kitchens at this event for delicious bites and sips inspired by flavors from around the world. If you need to postpone your visit until later in the year, perhaps it will coincide with The World's Most Magical Celebration, which kicks off October 1.

In any case, I hope that you are able to get that expired identification renewed soon and that your trip to Walt Disney World, whenever it is, will be absolutely unforgettable!
