can military personnel buy express passes at shades of green

Hi there Reggie, and welcome! Thanks for stopping by with your question.

On behalf of all of us here at planDisney, I'd like to thank your family for their service to our country. Shades of Green is a special place, and I'm so glad you'll be enjoying a stay there on your upcoming visit.

As a guest of Shades of Green, you are eligible to purchase theme park and area attraction tickets, a full list of which can be viewed on the resort's website. You can order tickets in advance by using the e-mail link provided on their website or purchase them upon arrival. If you plan to visit the Walt Disney World theme parks during your stay, I highly recommend buying tickets in advance so you can access the Disney Park Pass System. You'll be visiting during Olaf's favorite season when the parks and resorts are busy with families celebrating the end of another school year, so you'll want to reserve your theme parks days in advance.

Disney's FastPass+ service is a complimentary perk that allows all Guests to bypass the standby line of their choice several times a day. During the current phase of reopening, FastPass+ is suspended, so you will not need to worry about selecting your must-do attractions in advance. Instead, I recommend experiencing your favorite rides first thing in the morning or just before park close when you're likely to encounter the shortest standby lines.

Mom tip: due to efforts to maintain physical distancing in the theme parks, attraction queues may look a bit scary, but Hakuna Matata! I have found that the lines move quickly, and the near-constant movement helps keep my little ones busy while they wait. On a recent visit, the line for the Haunted Mansion winded halfway through Frontierland, but we were sitting in our doom buggy and enjoying the 999 happy haunts only about fifteen minutes after joining the queue.

I hope this is helpful, Reggie. This is going to be such an exciting year in the Walt Disney World Resort, and I'm so glad you will soon be experiencing all the magic! While you wait for your adventure to begin, I suggest following the Disney Parks Blog and checking out planDisney on social media so you don't miss any important updates before your visit. Thanks again for stopping by, and we'll see ya real soon!
