Per the important details noted on the website, the
Disney Military Salute Tickets may be purchased at participating US military sales outlets by Eligible Service Members or their spouse (but not both) for use by themselves, family members, and friends. In addition, no more than six (6) Disney Military Salute Tickets may be purchased by any Eligible Service Member or spouse (regardless of the place of purchase and whether purchased by that person or that person’s spouse). The Eligible Service Member or their spouse must use one of the six tickets purchased. In other words, the eligible service member or their spouse (who purchased the tickets) must be present to activate the tickets. I hope this helps.
