Welcome to planDisney, Stephanie!
I’m so glad that you’ve popped in with your question about your
2024 Military Promotional Tickets. Please thank your husband for his service for us!
Have you downloaded the
Disneyland Mobile App yet, Stephanie? I just used the chat feature to confirm with a friendly Cast Member named Corey that the reservation dates that your husband chose when he purchased the tickets can be changed, just like the reservation dates on
regular admission tickets. So Stephanie, you have until the clock strikes midnight the evening before your visit to change your theme park reservation. Here’s how it’s done - go to the
Disneyland Resort website and make sure you're logged in with the same MyDisney account you used to get those
theme park tickets. Hover over "Parks & Tickets” on the upper left side of the page and click on "
Ticket and Reservation Details." Then, scroll down to "Make or Modify Reservations." Now, you’ll just find your upcoming Theme Park Reservations, hit "Modify Reservation," and make sure the theme park that you plan to visit is available on the day that you are switching to.
I hope this news feels relieving, Stephanie. Once you decide on the days that you’d like to visit, if you have any more questions or need
more tips, you don't have to go over, sideways, and under to find them. All you gotta do is rub that lamp…I mean,
reach out again, ‘cause I’m on the job, you big nabob.
You ain’t never had a (planDisney)
friend like me,Danielle
