    We're a military family headed to Disney next week! We already purchased our military rate ticket vouchers and were told we needed to go to a ticket window to exchange them for our real tickets. What time do the ticket windows open? Same time as the parks?

    Hi Kilisitina,

    Next week? Have you busted out the suitcases and started packing yet? I know I'd be bouncing off the walls like my pal Tigger! Ticketing windows at the Walt Disney World Theme Parks open prior to park opening. There will be at least one window open 30 minutes prior to guests being able to enter the parks. This does not necessarily mean park opening time, but the time guests with early Advanced Dining Reservations or tour reservations may enter the park. In other words, they open nice and early! You can also exchange your vouchers at the Guest Relations office at the Downtown Disney Area. We tend to exchange our military vouchers on our first nice when visit Downtown Disney so we're ready to head right to the theme parks the next morning.
